Treatment provided by the Northern Compass can be tailored to the individuals needs.
If you already have a supportive team and management in place we can match the existing approach from coaches or managers. With the consent of the individual the psychological consultant will work closely with the coach/manager with the aim to integrate aspects of treatment with their training. Unfortunately, access to this support must be the choice of the individual to be most effective. It would be beneficial for you to meet with the individual first to discuss the options for support and if they feel it would benefit them.
Alternatively an individual can access this treatment privately and confidentially. An integrative approach involving CBT, Solution focused, and psychodynamic techniques can be used within either short term or long term treatment. In the initial appointment the individual and consultant will discuss in-depth all aspects of the issue(s) and begin to create a treatment plan which is best suited to them. In some circumstances, and with consent, this can be formed around a current training plan.
